SecurityKISS Tunnel

SecurityKISS Tunnel is a program that allows you to access Internet in spite of censorship and local restrictions. It also makes your connection secure and prevents others from viewing your web browsing activities, instant messages, downloads, credit card information or anything else you send over the network.

SecurityKISS Tunnel redirects all your online data through an impenetrable tunnel to the security gateway so all your online communication (web browsing, emails, instant messages, VoIP, social networking) is encrypted.

Completely kill all hidden process and clean up the dashboard. Read explanation inside.

After disconnect from server, and exit, looks like "openvpn.exe" still running in background and when try to reopen the program will returned an error: "You have already started SecurityKiss Tunnel. Please close other instances of the program...

The program automatically installs to the root directory (C:), you should give the user the choice of where to install the software

I have a small SSD that i use for my operating system and essential files. I should be allowed to choose where to install this software to, not be forced to install to a small drive.

The bandwidth allowances for all of the subscriptions are to low apart from the Emerald (Ultimate) subscription. As a gamer and regular downloader & uploader of files I often use over 10GB per day. The monthly limits are just not enough.

Remove 'Buy' and 'Feedback' icon on the screen. It is sufficient on the menu toolbar. Also, move the 'Buy' option on Help or most right side toolbar

The online tutorials are excellent but would be improved by including video tutorials for example configuring or the use of the usage meter. Even better would be an onboard help rather than have to visit the developers site.

For the price this is going at, I'd be expecting to be getting more. Not a limit of 50GB/month. This limit should be at least doubled, if not removed.

Make it portable.

Would be more convenient being able to move it to any computer / notebook via pendrive and easily execute it. Since you use Client ID/Login authentication, I can't see why this would be bad!

Have an way to generate the key when visiting a special page on your website, rather than waiting for the long-wait for the auto-responder to finally respond.

The auto-responder is taking way too long to do this simple thing. You could have happier potential-customers if we weren't all stuck out of the program waiting for this.

Include connection instructions for each platform you support (iOS, Linux, Android, etc.)

Provide more in-program support for connection errors, such as detailed solutions, not just make sure it's unblocked and try a different server.
